How do I make a Return?

Everything purchased from my site is FINAL SALE. No returns.

However, if there is an issue with your product please submit a message down below to receive help with your order.

 

What should I do if I want a custom piece made?

If you would like a custom funky piece, please fill out this questionnaire and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can!

 

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the US for $6.50

Please inquire for international shipping.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If an accidental purchase was made please immediately submit a message down below or by emailing funkyfreshjewelrydesigns@gmail.com with your order number and other important information so I can cancel the order. Once an order is shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Do you accept payment plans?

Not currently, but I’m working on that now!

 

My piece either arrived broken or broke after usage, can you fix it?

Yes I can fix it! I do free repairs up to 6 months from purchase (can be flexible based on circumstance). You pay for shipping to send it back to me, and I’ll pay for shipping to send it back to you. 

6 months after the purchase, I will charge a repair fee based on the damage.
